Salary G7: 35412 - 3820 (plus 5% enhancement for unsociable hours and additional payments for sleeping in duties)
The Role
As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker you will be involved in offering support and guidance to colleagues in providing direct care for children and expected to be able to engage with children and their families and be highly ambitious in helping them to achieve positive outcomes.
Our focus is directed towards a child centred approach where we actively promote childrens rights. We deliver our services in safe personalised small group homes where the care is aimed at supporting childrens welfare.
