Job Summary
- At least five years in a dealership sales environment required!!!
- New and used inventory control skills.
- Excellent training desking and internet sales process success
- Use current technologies to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the finance service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Train coach and evaluate sales staff to improve performance and skills.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies automotive industry regulations and local laws.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and finance options.
