The Functional Application Support team provides both technical and functional assistance to users of the banks applications. This role involves responding to user requests managing incidents problems and changes and coordinating with other support levels (ADM Production Operations etc.). It also includes communicating updates and ensuring clear feedback to users regarding issue resolution.
Main Activities
- Provide timely and efficient functional support to system users.
- Build and maintain a knowledge base for support issues and solutions.
- Develop strong functional and technical understanding of the systems and business area to deliver high-quality support.
- Process user requests for specific actions (processing data extraction special tasks etc.).
- Create control points within procedures and operating methods to ensure smooth operations and prepare ad hoc reports.
- Communicate effectively with users regarding progress and resolution of issues

- ITIL processes
- Linux
- Oracle
- Ansible
- Dynatrace
- Financial Markets knowledge transversal (nice to have)
- ServiceNow

- Professional English (candidate must be able to conduct the interview in English).
