At Design Workshop the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role supporting firmwide marketing and business development activities. Based in our Denver studio this roleis responsible forproducing high-quality marketing deliverablesincluding proposals qualifications packets presentations and digital contentwhilemaintainingbrand consistency and supporting cross-functional coordination across technical teams. Responsibilities
Essential Duties Responsibilities:
Pursuit Leadership & Proposal Management
- Lead the end-to-end pursuit process for RFPs RFQs and interview presentations from go/no-go through final submission.
- Develop and manage pursuit schedules task lists and internal deadlines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Facilitate kickoff meetings and strategy sessions to align messaging differentiators and win themes.
- Serve as thecentral pointof coordination between technical staff leadership and subconsultants.
- Track progress follow up on deliverables and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with all submission requirements formatting standards and brand guidelines.
- Manage final production quality control and delivery of proposal materials.
Content Strategy & Development
- Draft edit and refine proposal narratives to clearly communicate valueexpertise and differentiators.
- Maintain and update boilerplate content project sheets resumes and firm qualifications.
- Supportthe developmentof compelling interview presentations.
- Contribute to ongoing refinement of pursuit processes and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
Brand & Marketing Support
- Support development of marketing collateral including case studies presentations and digital content.
- Maintain organizedlibraries of marketingassets and CRM data.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and visual identity across all materials.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with firm leadership and business development teams to understand market strategy and pipeline priorities.
- Identifyopportunities to strengthenpursuitpositioning and storytelling.
- Contribute to process improvements that elevate proposal quality and increase win rates.
Qualifications
Fundamental
- Bachelors degree in communications businessmarketingor related field
- 2-4 years of marketing experience in the AEC or professional services industry.
- Excellent softwareproficiencywithAdobe InDesign
- Experience with the production of proposals qualifications interviewpresentationsand other marketing materials in a deadline driven environment
- Strong writing editing and proofreading skills
- Ability tomanage multiple deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong graphic design and layout skills
- Ability to communicate and present ideas in an organizedefficientand effective manner that results in clear understanding and action
- Critical thinker with great attention to detail

Compensation
Our salary range for this role is $62000 - $72000 and a final offer to join the firm is based on our review and understanding of your demonstrated professional skills and experience. We are an ESOP company funded entirely by company contributions; our employees participate in ownership. This is designed as a long-term retirement benefit with employees accounts increasing as the value of the business increases.
