Your new role
As the Coordinator of the Greenlight team you will ensure the operational excellence of the program by overseeing daily operations and setting and monitoring team targets progress and strategies and have the ability to be on call after hours when required. You will be responsible for supervision support and guidance of a multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with leadership from the Greenlight consortia - VincentCare Victoria and the Salvation Army - to facilitate meetings and training for all three Greenlight teams.

What we are looking for
- An appropriate degree qualification relevant to community services.
- A demonstrated ability to provide leadership to staff.
- Experience in case management and service coordination.
- Great with time-management and highly organised.
- Ability to adapt to clients needs effectively and include the voice of the client while collaborating with different services.

- Maximum Term Full-time role until 30 June 2028.
