Responsibilities
This role is essential in driving sales and building lasting relationships with customers in a retail environment particularly from the moment clients come to tour the property.
Must have experience in sales are not afraid to talk and ready to make an impact.
Conduct venue tours to showcase features and benefits.
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries.
Negotiate event contract with clients.
Work with Event Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of events including venue selection catering and entertainment.
