Hueman is hiring Travel Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members throughout the state with potential to cover neighboring states as well (pending licensure).

Travel Expectations
This is a Travel Nurse Practitioner position. Providers travel throughout assigned areas of the state based on business needs. There is potential to also cover neighboring states as well once licensure is obtained.
- Average: 35 in-home assessments per week
- Extended travel assignments (multiple consecutive weeks including weekends)
- All travel logistics reimbursed

What Youll Do
As a Travel HRA Nurse Practitioner you will:
- Conduct comprehensive non-invasive in-home health assessments
- Review medical history and perform medication reconciliation
- Identify care gaps and document findings
- Provide patient education on wellness and prevention
- Complete accurate timely electronic documentation
Important: This role does not require prescribing diagnosing new conditions or managing ongoing treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree (MSN) or higher from an accredited NP program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (multistate licensure preferred)
- National Board Certification
- Current BLS or ACLS certification
- 12 months of experience as a paid NP is required
