- Own the narrative. Youll turn complex subject matter into engaging and impactful stories whether youre writing executive communications developing articles drafting thought leadership or shaping executive presentations.
- Dig deep. Youll approach topics with a journalists mindset: researching thoroughly learning quickly and becoming a subject matter expert who can confidently guide key partners.
- Create communications that resonate. Youll write with intention and precision using strong AP style fundamentals keen attention to detail and an instinct for what engages internal and external audiences.
- Turn quality content under tight deadlines. Youll be able to respond in real time to business demands.
- Partner with leaders. Youll work closely with executives offering guidance messaging support and direction on how best to communicate across multiple channels.
- Build experiences not just events. Youll help shape high-touch high-impact moments including Town Halls and client events designing programs that reinforce our brand and influence outcomes.
- Collaborate across the business. Youll navigate multiple teams functions and partners with ease ensuring alignment and consistency in every communication.

QualificationsWho You Are
- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing corporate communications journalism or a related field.
- Youre an impeccable writer editor and storyteller with mastery of AP style and a reputation for clean precise work. You can adapt tone and voice for different channels and audiences.
- You have demonstrable experience creating internal messages articles presentations talking points and other research-based content and have a portfolio of published work.
- You bring experience with events and town halls and you understand how to design moments that influence outcomes.
- Youre energized by high-level projects tight turnarounds and the chance to shape a brands voice.
- Youre comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders of all levels balancing perspectives and building alignment.
- Youre a quick study and skilled interviewer who can dive into new subjects ask the right questions and synthesize information from subject matter experts.
- You have a familiarity with financial services and/or insurance topics and understand the varieties of B2B and B2C subject matter.
- You have expertise using analytics to measure and refine content effectiveness.
- Youre adaptable curious polished and always looking for ways to elevate the work.
- You are an expert in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

The pay range for the role is $108000-$156000. The specific offer will depend on an applicants skills and other factors.
