- Assist travellers via chat email and online platforms with a range of travel-related inquiries

Provide accurate information on travel itineraries entry requirements baggage policies and refund processes

Support customers with account-related concerns payments and loyalty or rewards programs

Identify urgent or complex cases such as travel delays or missed connections and escalate when appropriate

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent service delivery

Meet quality standards productivity goals and response-time KPIs

Stay up to date with travel regulations destination updates system tools and process improvements
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
