Key Responsibilities:
- Support travellers via chat email and online platforms with various travel-related questions

Manage bookings for flights hotels car rentals and activities including changes and cancellations

Offer clear information about travel plans requirements baggage rules and refund procedures

Assist customers with account management payments and loyalty or rewards programs

Recognize urgent or complex situations such as travel disruptions or missed connections and escalate when necessary

Accurately record customer interactions and solutions in internal systems

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent service standards

Achieve quality benchmarks productivity targets and response-time KPIs

Stay informed about travel policies destination updates tools and process enhancements
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
