About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established manufacturing organisation operating within the construction chemicals sector. They are seeking a senior-level Factory Operations Manager to lead full factory operations drive production efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
This is a senior management role requiring strong leadership operational discipline and immediate availability.
Location: Abuja Nigeria
Must be willing to work on-site full-time.
Must be willing to undergo a mandatory psychometric assessment as part of the process.

Supervise and develop production teams
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 710 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Background in construction chemicals or a similar industrial production environment

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Chemistry or related field

Strong regulatory exposure (SON / NAFDAC / MAN)

Immediate availability or a maximum of 30-day notice
