Role Overview:

As a Content Reviewer you will review user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards. Youll detect potentially harmful or inappropriate material apply the appropriate actions according to policies and contribute to maintaining a secure and respectful digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and moderate user content in accordance with platform policies
Detect and remove material that breaches guidelines including violence hate speech or spam
Make accurate and timely decisions following established procedures
Escalate complex or high-risk cases through internal channels
Maintain strong quality productivity and consistency standards
Record moderation actions and decisions accurately in internal systems
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Stay informed about policy updates and evolving moderation practices

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Germany (C1) and English (B2)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Irish residency card
Experience: 01 year in content moderation or related roles
Mindset: Curious adaptable and eager to grow within an international environment
