Key Responsibilities

Define and execute data product strategy and vision aligned with enterprise goals
Develop comprehensive product roadmaps that evolve with changing user needs and market demands
Lead product discovery initiatives to identify enterprise data opportunities through research and analysis
Manage the complete lifecycle of data-centric products from conception to delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Drive product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze user needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
Monitor product performance and implement data-driven optimizations

Requirements

10 years of experience in IT Business Systems Analysis or related field
Proven experience as a Senior Data Product Manager
Strong background in data platform development and management
Experience with enterprise data strategy and governance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Experience with product discovery methodologies
Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred
Energy/utility industry experience preferred
