Pharmacist in Charge / Pharmacy Manager
Location: Philadelphia PA (Daytime Clinic-Based Pharmacy)
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM No nights No weekends

Northwest Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing healthcare organization launching an additional clinic-integrated pharmacy site in Philadelphia. We are seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) who wants to practice at the top of their license while maintaining a true work-life balance.
This is not a typical retail environment. You will work closely with providers and clinical teams support chronic care patients and help build a patient-centered pharmacy program within a medical setting.

What Youll Do:

Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge and oversee daily pharmacy operations
-
Counsel and educate patients regarding medications and therapies
-
Lead and develop pharmacy technicians and staff pharmacists
-
Collaborate with providers and clinical teams on treatment plans
-
Manage regulatory compliance quality assurance and patient safety
-
Maintain HIPAA and Fraud/Waste/Abuse compliance standards
-
Oversee inventory workflow and operational performance
-
Participate in clinical meetings and support care coordination
Required Qualifications:
-
PharmD (or BS in Pharmacy from accredited program)
-
Active pharmacist license (or ability to obtain in PA prior to start)
-
35 years retail pharmacy management experience
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Experience supervising pharmacy staff and operations
Preferred:
-
Experience in clinic-embedded or community health pharmacy
-
340B program exposure
-
Immunization certification and vaccination administration
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-
Patient-education and chronic care management experience
