Salary: 920 x 14 months 200 bonus x 11 months

Working hours:

Initial schedule with 12-hour coverage
Monday to Sunday
Shifts: 07:00 16:00 or 10:00 19:00
Two rotating days off per week

Role Description
Are you a french speaker passionate about Digital Marketing

Join a global tech environment in Lisbon as a Digital Marketing Specialist and support advertisers with paid campaigns and digital advertising products. Youll manage customer support via chat and email troubleshoot issues end-to-end educate clients on product features and collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams all while ensuring top-notch service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer support for digital advertising products and paid campaigns
Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting via chat and email
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering teams
Drive case resolution while meeting SLAs and productivity targets
Educate advertisers on product features and common issue types

Candidate Profile

Native-level french (C1C2)
English: B2 (written and verbal)
Mandatory experience in Paid Campaigns
Previous experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Customer Support
Valid Portuguese work permit and currently living in Lisbon
