Your Mission
As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor you will be the trusted point of contact for users of a leading financial application. You will guide clients toward achieving their savings goals while identifying opportunities to introduce alternative energy contracts tailored to their needs.

What Youll Do

Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
Support customers in understanding and achieving their financial and savings objectives
Promote and upsell alternative energy contracts aligned with customer needs
Provide accurate clear and compliant information at all times
Ensure strict confidentiality of client information
Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction

What Were Looking For

Fluent French (C2 level) both written and spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales mindset with upselling confidence
Solution-oriented with attention to detail
Customer-first attitude and adaptability
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday
Rotational shifts between 07:00 19:00
Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Whats in It for You

Base Salary: 930 gross/month (paid over 14 months)
Performance Bonus: 115 gross/month (paid over 12 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.63 net/day
