Summary of This Role

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across the Human Resources function ensuring efficient processes highquality service delivery and a positive employee experience. This role supports recruiting onboarding employee records compliance and daytoday HR operations.

WhatYoullDo

  • Maintainaccurateand confidential employee records ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate fullcycle onboarding activities includingpre-employmentorientationsystem access and ensuring a smooth newhire experience.

  • Assistwith recruitment efforts bymaintainingjobdescriptions andassistingwith offer letters.

  • ProcessHR transactions such as new hires terminations job changes and organizational updates in HR systems.

  • Supportbenefitsadministration including enrollments changes and employee inquiries.

  • PrepareHR reports metrics and dashboards as needed.

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees providingtimelyandaccuratesupport.Specificallyquestions around HR practices policies and procedures.

  • Maintain compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Support HR leadership with project coordination process improvements and documentation.

What Are We Looking for in this Role

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • 13 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role (or equivalent combination).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

  • Proficiencywith HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience withWorkdayis preferred.
