Leyden Solutions Inc. is looking for a Senior Force Protection and Terrorism Threat Analysis Support to support a client program at Fort Meade. Our senior analysts are highly motivated individuals whose primary responsibilities are to manage CI professionals in the field. Our professional candidates are passionate about their responsibilities as senior analysts.

This is a full-time on-site position located at Fort Meade MD.

Responsibilities:

The Force Protection and Terrorism Threat Analysis Support shall conduct research and analysis to produce finished intelligence and responses to RFI on force protection and foreign terrorist threats to the US Army and the DoD worldwide.
Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess interpret forecast and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
Provides all-source analytic support to collections operations investigations and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Identifies monitors and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons activities and interests including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.
Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies. Conducts develops produces and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs and related or supporting processes relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
Analyze OSINT HUMINT Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) reporting from a wide variety of sources available through various Government databases to identify current and emerging threats ascertain the degree and immediacy of those threats and make reasoned and well-founded conclusions concerning the future evolution of the threats.
In the course of their research and analysis the contractors analysts shall seek to identify investigative leads and operational opportunities for possible exploitation by Army CI.
During the course of their analysis the contractors analysts shall identify intelligence gaps concerning current and emerging threats and develop intelligence information report evaluations source-directed requirements and collection requirements of emphases to focus collection activities against those gaps.
Communicate their analytic findings in written assessments formal analytic notes briefings with graphics written inputs to designated intelligence products or responses to RFIs and informal verbal briefings regarding participation in working groups conferences and one-on-one sessions with consumers of intelligence and counterintelligence information.
Maintain collaborative contact with their counterparts in the greater intelligence community concerning their analytic efforts and findings to ensure that all threats to the Army and DoD are addressed.
Establish regional desks supporting existing production requirements for European Command (EUCOM) Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) Africa Command (AFRICOM) Central Command (CENTCOM) and the Americas Desk which encompasses both the Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) and Northern Command (NORTHCOM) AORs.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum education and years of experience requirements for the following:
o High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
-OR-
o Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
-OR-
o Bachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
-OR-
o Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Training: Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Courses:
o Army - 35F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
o Army - 351F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
o Army Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
o Army - 35M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
o Army - 351M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
o Air Force Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC) U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy or predecessor.
o Navy Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB) Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy or predecessor.
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst
Minimum 5 years of experience in RDA
Required Skills as demonstrated in resume:
o Understanding of Intelligence Cycle
o Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP
o Familiarization with DCGS-A
Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
Must possess strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills presenting and advocating for analytic methodologies.
Must demonstrate the ability to write in a clear concise manner targeted at senior leader communication.
Must possess familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems.
Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment.
