Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Lead development integration and documentation of structural requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to define product environmental conditions
Perform structural strength analysis for equipment installations on F-15 development and production programs
Conduct structural analysis of trays shelves adapters ECS ducts and other secondary structures
Develop and utilize finite element models and analytical methods to validate structural performance
Lead development of test plans and configurations
Support test execution and analyze/report results to validate compliance with requirements
Define and document certification evidence for customers and regulatory agencies
Support in-service aircraft by leading failure investigations and recommending improvements
Develop analytical tools and processes to improve efficiency and quality

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (not required to start)
Typically requires advanced technical education (Bachelors degree or higher) in Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Physics or Chemistry and 9 years of related experience.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience (e.g. Masters 7 years PhD 4 years) will be considered.
ABET accreditation is preferred but not required.
10 years of aerospace structural strength analysis experience
Experience using HyperWorks
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using NX
Military aircraft experience
Airframe and/or subsystem structural analysis experience
