General Description: Bryant & Stratton Colleges (WI) Athletic Department is seeking a summer internship. Bryant & Stratton College currently offers 20 intercollegiate sports at the NJCAA Division II level.
Reports to: Media Coordinator
Begin Date: May 1st 2026
End Date: August 15th 2026
Anticipated Hours Per week: 15-20
Basic Qualifications:
- Prior camera and editing experience
- Experience with Adobe software or similar (Premiere Photoshop Lightroom After Effects etc.)
- Prior experience working in sports preferred
- Current college junior or senior at accredited institution in the field of Business Sports Management Athletic Administration Communications or related field
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Language skills: Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication
- Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position with any reasonable accommodations as necessary
- Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States
Skills & Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of various sports
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Ability to collaborate and work well with others
Position Summary/Duties:
- Based on experience and interest we will assign specific creative responsibilities to the student. Job duties will be focused but not limited to one of the following
Photography:
- Photograph games off the field activities practices and other events for assigned teams
- Organize photos in our media drive
- Assist in creating weekly content plans organizing and proposing engaging posts across all platforms
- Consistently maintain brand guidelines
Graphic Design:
- Create and update sport specific graphics such as gameday graphics scores graphics lineup graphics quote graphics etc. using adobe or our subscription to Box Out Sports
- Assist with keeping assets and project files organized in the network drive
- Assist in creating weekly content plans organizing and proposing engaging posts across all platforms
- Consistently maintain brand guidelines
Video:
- Shoot games off the field activities practices and other events for assigned teams/school
- Label and organize clips into network drive
- Edit game highlights feature stories short social pieces in-venue spots etc.
- Assist in creating weekly content plans organizing and proposing engaging posts across all platforms
- Organization of network drive
- Maintain brand guidelines
Schedule:
- Will vary depending on student schedule and department needs / events
