Your Opportunity

Lightwater Village School are looking for a talented professional or aspiring Nursery Practitioner who shares our vision of high aspirations achievement and a passion for learning. The successful candidate will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of daytoday school life. They will bring creativity and enthusiasm to their practice and be a strong collaborative team player.

• Able to challenge children to achieve beyond their expectations
• Able to provide stimulating and engaging experiences for our children and support them in becoming lifelong learners.

Our school stands at the heart of the village community of Lightwater. We offer an outstanding start to education for children from 2 to 11 years old consistently achieving excellence yet also engaging children in imaginative and exciting themes whereby learning comes alive.

Start Date: 13th April 2026

Pay Scale:GLF Associate 2.1 23914

Actual Salary: 7143.43

Hours:12.5hrs a week Wed and Thurs 8.30am 3.15pm (39 weeks - Term time)
