As part of the IT Control Standardisation & Automation program you will play a key role in supporting Business Units to translate central control frameworks and automation strategies into actionable business implementation plans. You will ensure that local processes align with standardized controls automation tooling and compliance expectations enabling consistent and efficient control execution across the organization.
To facilitate the successful deployment of the IT Control Standardisation & Automation program within Business Units by translating central program objectives into actionable business implementation plans. This role ensures alignment between technical automation efforts and business process realities enabling consistent compliant and efficient control execution across NN Group.

What you are going to do
The role serves as a key link between the central programme team and the Business Units ensuring that implementation plans are effectively localised. It involves translating standardised IT control frameworks into processes that fit the specific needs of each business area. A central part of the responsibilities is coordinating the onboarding training and troubleshooting support required for control automation tools as well as facilitating workshops with process owners to define evidence requirements metrics and thresholds. The role further supports the rollout of dashboards and monitoring tools such as Power BI and ServiceNow GRC while ensuring continued stakeholder engagement through structured feedback loops during the design and review phases.
In addition the position is responsible for tracking implementation progress and escalating any blockers or risks to the central programme team and relevant stakeholders. Clear and timely communication to all stakeholderscovering planning milestones and achievementsis essential. Collaboration with the central programme teams is required to fully understand the objectives related to control standardisation and automation while engagement with Business Unit stakeholders ensures that implementation plans are properly adapted to local contexts.
The role also includes supporting the adoption of automation tools coordinating all onboarding training and troubleshooting activities related to automated control processes and monitoring implementation progress with appropriate risk escalation. Contributions to documentation onboarding materials and structured feedback cycles form an integral part of the work. Finally the role promotes alignment with ISRA redesigns and ITCF updates and translates programme deliverables and planning into effective communication for the relevant stakeholder groups.

The preferred qualifications for this role include being a conceptual thinker who can translate ideas into effective business change within a complex stakeholder landscape. Experience working in a regulated environment or within financial services is important as well as prior involvement in enterprisewide transformation or automation programmes.
Required Skills & Experience:
The soft skills required for this role include a positive mindset and a cando attitude strong ownership and selfmotivation and the ability to multitask and deliver adhoc tasks on time. Customer centricity and strong team spirit are essential as well as excellent oral and written communication skills in English. A high level of analytical and problemsolving ability IT security and risk awareness and strong attention to detail are also important for success in this role.
