Job Summary
1. Oversee operation of ETP ETP Lab.
2. Ensuring chemical and Effulent sampling at ETP done as per SOP/Manual.
3. Ensuring and maintaining ETO & ETP Lab logbooks.
4. Coordination with engineering for preventive and breakdown maintenance of ETP.
5. Interact with vendors procurement of ETP chemicals and other accessories.
6. Responsible for taking initiatives for improvementof ETP performance againstthe PCB guidelines.
7. Oversee receipt storage and categorization of hazardous waste/E-waste.
8. Coordinate with government approved vendor or disposal date. Arrange for transport and manpower.
9. Record disposal data and share manifest with PCB as per guidelines.
10. Keeping legal documents always update for the compliance.
11. Ensure EHS compliance by taking safety round.
12. Operate ETP and UFRO facility - operate pumps handle sludge etc.
13. Receive and prepare dosing chemical .
14. Analyses of in-process logbooks.
15. Complete ET/UFRO/lab process logbook.
16. Adhere to prescribed safety and environment rules.
17. Be-present on site during schedules AMC maintenance of safety equipments like fire extinguishers fire alarms system.
18. Respond to relevant quarries arising from external and internal audit by sharing relevant data.
19. Attend all mandatory training and relevant internal and external trainings.
20. Take initiative for self-development and update self on recent developmentin on area of work.
21. Take safety round and report observation on my safe portal daily.
