We are seeking a remarkable Senior Associate/Special Counsel to join our high performing Workplace Relations Employment & Safety (WRES) Perth team

The role

Working closely with our reputable Partner Anna Casellas we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate/Special Counsel to join our Perth Workplace Relations Employment & Safety (WRES) team The WRES team successfully represents a strong client base acting in high profile and high quality matters across the public and private sectors.

The WRES team advises on all aspects of workplace relations including industrial relations employment work health and safety anti-discrimination and diversity. The matters you will be working on are varied and interesting from compliance and regulatory matters strategic and industrial advice to litigation across all Courts and Tribunals.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have

• Experience in a similar Senior Associate/Special Counsel position
• Strong academic ability and drafting skills
• The ability to provide timely accurate and commercially astute advice
• A strong sense of purpose ambition and a proactive approach to your work
• A drive for business development with a focus on winning new work and practice growth
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• A high degree of initiative dedication and organisational ability with a strong client and commercial focus
