As a Senior Manageryoullcontribute by working with our clients as the leader of a team with primary responsibility to successfully execute engagements.This personexhibitsan advanced understanding of transformation programs clients businessprocessesand risks.This person recognizes and works to mitigate areas of potential technical or high-risk engagement issues.Serving as both a role model and trainer the Senior Managerdemonstratesthe attributes of excellent client service andassiststeam members in finding the right resources to develop technical and professionalcompetency. Relationships with client personnel and professional associates are strong as the ability to communicate gain trust and network is consistentlydemonstrated. At the direction of senior leadership the Senior Manager accepts responsibility for decision-making ranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of methodologies.

Do Your Talents Include the Following

Demonstrated experience with:

• Over 5 years managing projects and people

• Experience managing 2 projects or workstreams within a larger Microsoft Dynamics program/project

• Experience with setup and management of Azure DevOps for build effort

• Experience with creating and modifyingPowerBIdashboards

• Experience with technology governance risk and compliance frameworks and evaluation techniques

• Knowledge of technology strategy including strategy development portfolio review/management business case development etc.Isa plus

• Experience managing teams of 5 members coordinatingresponsibilitiesand driving execution

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Platform and capabilities of the different Microsoft cloud solutions

• Experience working on enterprise transformation initiatives (i.e.platform modernization and digital) is a plus

Technical Skills

• Proficientin project planning budgeting forecasting and risk management.

• Strong grasp of methodologies process adherence and repeatability.

• Skilledin systems development lifecycle operational processes and tools like Microsoft DevOps.

• Experienced in quality assurance documentation and status reporting for diverse audiences.

• Maintains confidentiality and works effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (e.g.MIS CIS or a related field).

• 7 years working inprofessional services orindustry.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on WordExceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

• Professional Certification suchas:

• PMP certification

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate

Protiviti practices a hybrid model which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. The ratio of remote to in-person requirementsvaryby client project team and other business factors. Our people work bothin-personin local Protiviti offices and on client sites which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
