We are looking to add a passionate and dedicatedPresentation Designer to our team in Bucharest!

What Youll need to do:

Create clear professional presentations for both internal teams and external clients (sales decks product overviews company presentations).
Build and maintain presentation templates and graphics that follow our brand guidelines.
Make sure all presentations are visually consistent and aligned with EveryMatrix branding.
Turn complex product and service information into simple easy-to-understand slides.
Work closely with sales product and other teams to understand what they need then translate that into clear focused client-ready presentations.
Review and improve existing decks and materials regularly keeping both the design and the content up to date.

What were looking for:

At least 2 years of experience creating business presentations (B2B experience is a plus) - a portfolio is required.
Strong skills in PowerPoint (this is the main tool we use)
Comfortable working in Adobe Photoshop Figma Design and Figma Slides
Solid layout and visual design skills understanding of typography and great attention to detail
Clear communicator who works well with sales marketing and other teams
Able to manage multiple work streams at the same time and deliver on deadlines
Creative with a real interest in turning complex ideas into clear and engaging visual stories that support sales.
