We are seeking an experienced Brand & Web Designer to help shape how our brand shows up in the this role you will contribute to the development of novel products and systems from scratch that incorporate new and modern technologies.
This is not a product design roleyou will not be designing application UI. Instead you will own the marketing-side design including our website brand identity campaigns sales materials and other assets that shape how the market experiences our brand.
You will be the first dedicated Brand & Web Designer with real ownership from day one. The role requires someone who can handle a wide range of marketing design challengesfrom landing pages and campaigns to trade show materials and pitch deckswhile delivering polished thoughtful and consistently on-brand work.
You will collaborate closely with our product design team marketing sales and leadership to ensure that brand and product feel like one cohesive experience.
Evolve the companys brand identity across visual systems typography color illustration style photography direction and tone of voice
Create brand guidelines and systems that allow the team to execute consistently across channels
Design and launch website landing pages that clearly communicate the company story
Partner with engineering to build interactive high-quality web experiences
Design assets across the customer journeyfrom awareness and acquisition to retention and advocacy
Produce campaigns event materials sales decks digital content e-books and other marketing assets
Elevate the companys social presence through impactful visuals for both static and video content
Build internal brand presence through employee merchandise office materials and team swag
Ensure the brand experience is consistent across both internal and external touchpoints
Own projects from concept through final execution
Deliver a wide range of assets such as landing pages trade show booths pitch decks flyers and launch materials
Collaborate cross-functionally with product design marketing sales and leadership
Build scalable brand systems that can support the company as it grows
5 years of brand design experience ideally with a mix of in-house and agency work
Strong portfolio demonstrating design range craft and strategic thinking
Strong visual design fundamentals including typography layout color theory illustration and motion
Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design frameworks rather than one-off assets
Comfort working in ambiguous environments and building from a blank canvas
Ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives
Strong hands-on execution skills with willingness to both art direct and execute designs
Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the bigger picture
Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to senior leadership
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with non-designers
Understanding of how brand and product intersect to create a cohesive experience
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign for print-ready files
Experience working across both digital and print production workflows
Experience designing for mission-driven brands
Experience working at an early-stage or high-growth startup
Familiarity with AI design tools
Experience with motion design or illustration
Basic knowledge of web development (HTML CSS) or tools such as Webflow or Framer
