Role Overview

We are seeking an FPGA Design Engineer with strong digital design fundamentals and hands-on experience in FPGA development verification and hardware validation. The role involves working across design verification and bring-up activities for complex FPGA-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement FPGA logic using Verilog / SystemVerilog / VHDL
Develop and integrate digital blocks with a focus on performance and timing closure
Perform functional verification using simulation and debugging tools
Support FPGA synthesis place & route and timing analysis
Work on FPGA platforms from Xilinx Intel (Altera) and Microsemi
Develop embedded firmware in C/C for FPGA-based systems
Integrate and validate standard interfaces and on-chip protocols
Support hardware bring-up and board-level validation activities
Debug hardware issues using logic analyzers on-chip debug tools and oscilloscopes
Develop and maintain automation scripts using TCL / Perl

Required Skills & Experience

4 6 years of hands-on experience in FPGA design and development
Strong fundamentals in digital logic design and RTL development
Proficiency in Verilog / SystemVerilog / VHDL
Experience with FPGA verification and hardware validation
Embedded firmware development experience using C/C
Working knowledge of protocols such as AXI AHB APB SPI UART I2C USB SERDES
Experience with memory interfaces including DDR LPDDR or QDR
Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools and techniques
Familiarity with FPGA design flows and scripting for automation

Education

B.E. / or M.E. / in Electronics Electrical or a related discipline
