Job Summary We are looking for a Site Technician to support the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of solar power systems at project sites. The candidate will work closely with the project and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of solar installations while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in installation and commissioning of solar PV systems at residential commercial and industrial sites. Perform electrical wiring cable routing panel mounting and inverter connections. Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of solar systems. Ensure proper use of tools equipment and safety practices at the site. Support engineers in testing and inspection of electrical systems. Maintain site documentation and installation reports. Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of site work. Required Skills Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and equipment Understanding of solar PV installation (preferred) Ability to use electrical tools and testing equipment Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel to project sites Qualifications ITI (Electrician/Wireman) OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering Experience 1 2 years of experience in electrical work solar installation or site maintenance. Other Requirements Ability to work in field/site environments Basic knowledge of electrical safety practices Good teamwork and communication skills
