Job Title: Lead Testing Analyst
Location: Lansing MI (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Interview: Face-to-Face

Role Summary

Looking for a senior QA leader to manage end-to-end testing activities especially in large-scale Public Health or government projects. This role requires strong leadership in QA strategy UAT coordination defect management and automation oversight.

Required Experience

8 years leading QA testing functional testing and system integration testing (Public Health domain preferred)
8 years coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
5 years maintaining test logs defect logs prioritizing and tracking defect resolution
5 years mentoring QA team members and enforcing testing best practices
5 years using DevOps or test management tools for maintaining test cases and plans
3 years hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium Provar SmartBear etc.)
5 years preparing test closure reports publishing testing metrics and ensuring smooth transition to maintenance
