Job Description: Project Manager

6 months contract

Remote Latam

$25 to 30/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead crossfunctional initiatives drive project delivery excellence and partner closely with technical teams. The ideal candidate is an organized proactive leader who brings a strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile/Scrum and is comfortable working within Azure DevOps (ADO). The Senior Project Manager will communicate effectively across business and engineering teams and can understand and translate basic technology concepts into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead the planning execution and delivery of complex multiteam projects from initiation through completion
Develop and maintain project timelines roadmaps and resource plans
Drive alignment between technical teams business stakeholders and leadership
Identify project risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and remove roadblocks
Function as scrum master and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups sprint planning retrospectives reviews)
Partner with Product Owners and technical leads to ensure sprint commitments are met
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
Use ADO to manage work items backlogs sprints and dashboards.
Ensure project documentation status updates and reporting are consistently maintained

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for project status risks and decisions
Communicate effectively with executive leaders translating technical concepts into clear business language
Build strong relationships across teams and foster a collaborative project culture

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

Analyze project data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement
Support strategic initiatives by providing insights and recommendations based on project outcomes
Contribute to portfolio planning and prioritization discussions

Qualifications

Required

4 years of project management experience in technology focused environments
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies/Scrum Framework
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
Ability to understand basic technical concepts (e.g. APIs cloud platforms application architecture)
Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects

Preferred

Scrum Master/ PMP certification
Prior experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) enterprise integration technology environments
