Position: Production Support (L1)
Location: Saint Paul MN
FullTime Position

Required Skills & Experience

3 years of experience in L1 Production Support / Application Support
Experience in banking or financial services environments preferred
Exposure to shift-based or 24x5 production support models
Application production support fundamentals
Platform and batch/job monitoring concepts
Monitoring and alert management
API support fundamentals (REST APIs error codes latency issues)
Linux/Unix and Windows basics
Log analysis and basic SQL querying
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Strong understanding of ITIL / ITSM Incident Management
Experience working in SLA-driven support environments
Familiarity with Clean Room / Secure ODC operating standards
Strong documentation audit and compliance mindset

Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or equivalent experience
