Production Associate (1st Shift)

Base pay range is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience.

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (5:00AM - 2:30PM hours may vary depending on operations)

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to support daily operations through material handling offloading and equipment operation. This role requires strong teamwork attention to detail and a commitment to safety quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offload incoming materials safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Band secure and organize materials for storage or shipment
• Assist with general crew tasks to support production and delivery operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards

Qualifications :

• Forklift operation experience (preferred)
• Strong banding and material securing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of warehouse or production operations
• Willingness and ability to learn company systems and processes
• Strong work ethic with a demonstrated commitment to reliability and attendance
• Positive attitude with a drive to grow and contribute to company success
