The Role
Were looking for a Business Controller to work with the Wireless business unit. You will be the financial partner to the BU leadership managing the Wireless P&L improving forecasting accuracy and turning commercial and operational results into actionable insights. This is a hands-on role in a growing product-focused environment with executive visibility. We combine the flexibility of a scale-up with the governance needed for a public company meaning your process improvements matter and will be recognized.
Responsibilities
- Own the Wireless P&L end-to-end: month-end close variance analysis and performance commentary compared to budget/forecast.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: executive rolling forecasts budgets and business case reviews collaborating with business unit management to drive financial performance.
- Order-to-cash insights: link pipeline order intake backlog revenue and cash conversion; identify risks and opportunities and suggest actions.
- KPI dashboards: develop and automate BU KPI reporting.
- Process Improvements: support internal controls and continuous process improvement across closing planning and reporting.
Experience
- Experience: 5 8 years in Business Control or FP&A preferably in semiconductors hardware or advanced manufacturing.
- Accounting & Reporting: strong IFRS knowledge and solid understanding of revenue recognition fundamentals and FX awareness.
- Analytics toolkit: advanced Excel; familiarity with BI and planning tools.
- Systems: experience with modern ERPs (e.g. Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Business partnering proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders challenge constructively and turn data into decisions.
- Ways of working: structured curious delivery-oriented with high integrity and attention to detail.
- Language: Fluent English.
