Role: Associate Corporate Counsel - Litigation and Investigations
Location: New York NY or Edison NJ. Candidate must work from one of these offices 5 days a week.

Primary responsibilities:
Assisting in the management of any and all commercial disputes litigations arbitrations and investigations towards cost-effective resolutions
Responding to subpoenas civil investigative demands and similar information requests
Managing regulatory and compliance issues in a variety of subject areas including data security export controls and immigration
Coordinating discovery including document collection and production
Overseeing and managing outside counsel as needed
Assisting with special projects as may be assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
J.D. or equivalent from an accredited U.S. law school
Admission to practice law in the states of New York and/or New Jersey or the ability to promptly register as in-house counsel within one of those states
Two to four years experience with complex commercial litigation or governmental investigations at a major law firm corporate law department or governmental agency
Experience overseeing and managing internal investigations
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to perform independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with legal issues affecting a global corporation particularly within the IT consulting industry
Salary Range: 000 - 000 a year
