Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Test Analyst with a strong background in QA testing and user acceptance testing particularly in public health projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in coordinating testing efforts mentoring team members and managing defect resolution processes. This role requires a commitment to quality and collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and review QA testing functional testing and system integration testing.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and provide project support.
Maintain test logs defect logs and prioritize defects for resolution.
Mentor and guide team members on testing best practices.
Utilize automated testing tools such as Provar Selenium and Smartbear on large projects.
