Required Skills and Experiences:

ServiceNow Complex Project Management Implementation experience

8 years of project management experience with at least 3-5 years focused on ServiceNow implementations in a financial services
Project Leadership: Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation through delivery ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Engagement Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including client executives and project

Key Qualifications:
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM ITBM HRSD CSM GRC or SecOps.

Understanding of ServiceNow Creator Workflow Employee
