Job Title: Business Syst Analyst - IT Applications

Location: Columbus OH 43230

Duration: 4 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and document system integrations.
Analyze and validate API contracts (REST/SOAP) payload mappings (JSON/XML) and integration workflows.
Troubleshoot integration defects by analyzing request/response logs and identifying root causes.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Lead defect triage during SIT/UAT and coordinate cross-team resolution.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across interconnected systems.
Support production issue analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

5 years as an Integration Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst in integration-heavy environments.
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs JSON XML.
Hands-on experience using Postman or similar API testing tools.
Experience debugging integration issues at payload level.
Ability to work across business engineering QA and external vendors.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology JIRA/Confluence and version control (e.g. Git).
Strong Analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
