Position Details
Role Overview
The ASM will be responsible for driving UCV loan business across the assigned territory managing sales officers developing strong dealer & channel partnerships and ensuring portfolio quality and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UCV loan business for the region through direct sourcing and channel partners.
Manage guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
Build and strengthen dealer DSA and market relationships.
Ensure timely and accurate customer assessment documentation and loan processing.
Monitor portfolio quality compliance norms and overall territory performance.
Drive strategic initiatives for consistent business expansion.
Candidate Requirements
5–7 years of experience in UCV / Auto Loan / Used Car Loan sales.
Proven experience in team handling and driving business targets.
Strong market knowledge of Delhi NCR dealer ecosystem.
Excellent negotiation leadership and relationship management skills.
Graduation mandatory.
