Role Overview
The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for training and capability building of the Used Car sales team across the region. The role involves designing conducting and monitoring training programs to enhance product knowledge sales skills compliance understanding and overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for Used Car Sales Officers and field teams.
Develop training modules on product knowledge sales techniques system processes and compliance.
Identify capability gaps and implement tailored training interventions.
Partner with business leaders to align training with regional business goals.
Track performance improvement through regular assessments and field observations.
Maintain training MIS reports and post-training evaluation metrics.
Ensure training consistency and adherence to organizational standards.
Candidate Requirements
3–6 years of training experience preferably in Auto Loans / Used Car Finance / BFSI.
Strong understanding of Used Car loan processes and market ecosystem.
Excellent communication presentation and coaching skills.
Ability to travel within the region for training and field audits.
Graduation mandatory.
