Key Responsibilities:
Articulate a Vision: Transform an organizations current environment into a tangible vision of the Future of Work through interactive demonstrations.
Solve Complex Challenges: Propose how Workdays AI Platform for HR and Agents solve critical business concerns and drive massive operational efficiency.
Lead with Innovation: Help customers achieve real-world results through constant technological evolution.
Discovery & Strategy: Analyze prospect requirements to create tailored demonstrations that highlight Workdays differentiators specifically focusing on the value of Machine Learning Generative and Agentic AI in HR processes.
Advanced Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of the full HCM suite highlighting the technological advantage and handling objections with confidence
AI Evangelism: Articulate the business value of Workdays Trustworthy AI approach explaining how it enhances decision-making reduces bias and automates administrative burdens without compromising security.
Collaborative Sales: Partner with Account Executives Value Managers and Service Executives to build the business case for transformation.
Market Insight: Stay updated on Workdays latest acquisitions and AI roadmap to effectively compete against other vendors in the Spanish market.
Experience/Skills/Education:
Pre-Sales Experience: Minimum 3-4 years experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting role (SaaS preferred or AI Platforms).
Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Human Capital Management
AI & Tech Savviness: Strong understanding of how Artificial Intelligence ML apply to Enterprise Platforms and Software. Familiarity with the concepts of Agentic AI Orchestrations and Generative AI usage in enterprise environments is highly desired.
Communication: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Italian and English. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-Level business audiences.
Agility: Ability to work under pressure manage multiple complex sales cycles and adapt quickly to new product features and acquisitions.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
