ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality evaluations on high risk processes and customer interactions
- Perform process and customer interaction evaluations to ensure adherence to compliance procedural and customer experience standards
- Identify root causes of quality issues discovered through the evaluation process and present recommendations for improvement
- Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure alignment with business policies and procedures
- Collaborate with business partners and facilitate meetings to discuss findings and remediation steps
Basic Qualifications:
1. Able to deliver accurate written feedback
2. 1-3 years of experience
3. Excellent interpersonal organizational verbal and written communication skills
4. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint)
5. Experience in QA/QC or compliance role
Preferred Qualification:
degree in Finance or a related field
