As a Door Attendant at Pestana Chelsea Bridge London you will act as a true brand ambassador creating a warm and memorable first impression for every guest who arrives at our doors. Your role is essential in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart. You will deliver attentive highquality service assist with luggage and transportation and ensure the hotel entrance is welcoming organised and reflective of our hospitality standards.
Responsabilities and areas of action
- Warmly welcome guests on arrival and assist with their luggage in a professional and friendly manner
- Support departing guests by collecting luggage and assisting with transport arrangements
- Maintain a polished and engaging presence at the hotel entrance embodying the Pestana brand at all times
- Ensure the driveway and entrance area remain tidy accessible and safe
- Offer helpful and accurate information about the hotel the local area and nearby attractions
- Arrange taxis manage guest transportation requests and coordinate pickups efficiently
- Work closely with the Front Office team responding to guest requests and ensuring seamless communication
- Handle luggage storage securely while keeping clear and accurate records
- Assist guests with mobility needs in a respectful and caring way
- Follow all safety security and service procedures reporting concerns promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver service consistent with Pestanas standards
