Requirements
- Experience working with non-verbal children or individuals with communication challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with carers and other professionals.
- Patience empathy and a supportive attitude.
- Relevant qualifications or training in child care or special education.
