Job Summary

Reservations / Admin Luxury Lodge Remote (Johannesburg or Pretoria Based)

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Reservations / Admin professional for a luxury lodge working remotely. This role is ideally suited to a candidate based in Johannesburg or Pretoria who is organised financially minded and experienced in reservations within the hospitality industry.

This is a work-from-home position requiring flexibility and responsiveness particularly when new bookings are received.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all reservations enquiries and booking administration

Process new bookings accurately and timeously

Maintain reservation systems and ensure all guest information is up to date

Assist with invoicing payments and basic financial administration

Support general administrative functions related to lodge operations

Communicate professionally with guests and relevant stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

Previous reservations experience within a lodge or hospitality environment

Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Must be based in Johannesburg or Pretoria

Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup

Salary: R20000 R25000 DOE
