Planons revenue engine is evolving. Across regions and teams there are natural differences in how the revenue process is applied. Sales stages are interpreted differently forecasting approaches vary and handoffs between Marketing Sales Partners Customer Success and Finance present opportunities for stronger alignment. This creates a chance to increase clarity predictability and efficiency as we scale globally.
As our RevOps Specialist Revenue Lifecycle you will ensure the revenue organization is operationally set up to execute and measure strategic priorities through aligned tooling defined processes and reliable reporting. You will define how revenue should flow across Planon establish a consistent rhythm of business and create a coherent endtoend customer journey. Your work will help teams focus on highimpact activities strengthen crossteam collaboration and turn data into reliable decision support enabling leadership to scale the business with confidence.
This role is for someone who thinks in systems sees across the full revenue funnel and translates commercial reality into scalable ways of working.
What youll do
- Define and govern the end-to-end revenue lifecycle from lead to renewal ensuring clarity consistency and scalability across regions and teams
- Establish and maintain cross-functional handoffs between Marketing Sales Partners and Customer Success to create a seamless customer journey
- Drive a consistent rhythm of business including forecasting pipeline reviews and executive reporting to enable predictable revenue and confident decision-making
- Turn revenue data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth
- Partner with field and commercial leaders to identify process gaps recommend improvements and embed scalable ways of working
- Document and communicate revenue processes lifecycle frameworks and performance expectations to ensure alignment across the global GTM organization
Profile
You are a systems thinker who understands the full revenue funnel and how to translate commercial reality into scalable repeatable ways of working. You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy creating clarity structure and insight that enable teams to perform at their best.
You have:
- 45 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or a similar operational role with end-to-end revenue exposure
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights for leadership and operational teams
- Experience defining revenue processes stage definitions and handoffs across Sales Marketing Customer Success and Partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align multiple teams and senior leadership
- A pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment and building scalable solutions that support growth
