Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Robotic Assembly Processes and High-Speed Machining Reverse Engineering Specialist (m/f) to join our Final Assembly Lines (FAL) Industrial Assets department based in Toulouse.

You will join the Toulouse Final Assembly Lines (FAL) Industrial Assets department in charge of developing purchasing and maintaining the industrial assets required for FAL operations as well as developing assembly processes and technologies.

In particular technical development and support are carried out in the fields of robotics and high-speed machining of special parts.

Your challenges:

  • Serve as the primary technical expert in CAD/CAM for the industrialization of specialized machining parts.

  • Provide hands-on workshop assistance and enhance team capabilities through knowledge sharing.

  • Lead process improvement projects with a focus on Lead Time Cost and Quality metrics.

  • Technical Scope Oversight: Manage the integration of robotic systems (FAL) cutting tools and post-machining inspection cells (GOM).

  • Drive the future of reverse engineering and robotics while managing software obsolescence and new process development.


Your boarding pass:

  • Background in Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Solid and proven track record in an industrial environment within CAD/CAM and manufacturing roles.

  • Mandatory proficiency in CATIA V5 3D scanning/photogrammetry reverse engineering and basic knowledge of 3D Experience.

  • Proactive mindset to drive change autonomy precision and a strong customer-centric approach.

  • Advanced proficiency in both English and French (required for occasional business travel).
