Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of products and services to customers.
Create an interactive engaging and reassuring store experience to build customer confidence.
Follow the selling process and adhere to standard operating procedures and organizational policies.
Ensure the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
Utilize time effectively including upgrading communication skills gaining knowledge of SOPs and managing stock.
Complete operational duties including paperwork and sales reports related to store opening and closing.
Address customer inquiries regarding product offerings pricing billing etc.
Meet established sales objectives by selling products and services.
Handle customer escalations.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand in an enclosed area 100% of your shift while assisting customers.

Requirements

Requirements:

Females required
1 year of working experience in Retail Sales.
Must be available to work during retail hours weekends and public holidays.
Well-groomed highly motivated aggressive and possess a strong passion for sales.
Good command of spoken English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels.

Benefits

Salary will be between 20-30k per month.
