Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled and responsible Maintenance Supervisor for a reputed Hotel. The candidate will oversee daily maintenance operations ensure smooth functioning of all hotel facilities and maintain safety & quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel maintenance electrical plumbing HVAC and general facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily maintenance operations of hotel premises
Handle electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical systems
Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance
Coordinate with external vendors & AMC service providers
Maintain safety standards & compliance regulations
Monitor maintenance logs & service records
Support renovation & repair activities
Lead and supervise maintenance technicians
