Job Summary
You will be joining CommScope as a Supervisor Engineering in Goa to contribute to improving the manufacturing process and connecting the world. Your responsibilities will include working with Operations and Quality team to understand and resolve issues collaborating with the Global Engineering team on updating documents designing necessary tools/fixtures defining/modifying processes online troubleshooting issues managing tool crib and leading a team of Process Techs with shift rotation Responsibilities: -Improve the manufacturing process by working with Operations and Quality teamCollaborate with Global Engineering team on updating documentsDesign necessary tools/fixturesDefine/modify processes onlineTroubleshoot issues and attend line escalations promptlyManage tool cribLead team of Process Techs and oversee shift rotationQualifications Required: -Bachelors in related curriculum such as Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical Engineering with preferably 8-10 years of experienceBasic knowledge of reading and understanding manufacturing drawingsProficiency in fiber cable and fiber terminationFamiliarity with 7QC tools FMEA and control planExperience in team management
